| The 3 Yoga Poses You're Doing Everyday | | | Hi Priti, Thanks for all the feedback from the last article. Most of you didn't realize the energy wellness perspective of yoga and wanted to know more about the benefits of yoga. Here is another article that I found about yoga. Seriously, it's worth the try. I know… one of the issues I have is that I am stiff as board. The thought of even bending to the poses is not exactly appealing. However, my friend Lucas, yoga teacher in Thailand & Spain, explained to me his secrets of getting flexibility. I was motivated! Anyway, this is a very interesting article talking about the 3 things we are already doing everyday that increases our energy. Go ahead... ==> 3 Things We Do For Energy P.S. Seriously, I had no idea how my health was suffering because of my low flexibility! (if the link doesn't work, please copy and paste directly on browser.) | | | What Your Cravings Mean I always believe our body has an inherent desire for perfect health. Therefore, when we crave for something specifically, it could just mean something. - If you crave for chocolate, it probably means your body is deficient in magnesium
- If you crave for sweets, you'll need to grab a piece of fruit as you have blood sugar fluctuations
- If you crave for salty food, it probably means you're stressed. If you crave for cheese, your body is deficient in fatty acids
- If you crave for red meat, it indicates an iron deficiency. Vitamin C aids absorption of iron too
- If you generally like to snack, it just probably means you are not eating a well-balanced diet.
