Thanks for all the feedback from the last article.

Most of you didn't realize the energy wellness perspective of yoga and wanted to know more about the benefits of yoga.

Here is another article that I found about yoga.

Seriously, it's worth the try.

I know… one of the issues I have is that I am stiff as board.

The thought of even bending to the poses is not exactly appealing.

However, my friend Lucas, yoga teacher in Thailand & Spain, explained to me his secrets of getting flexibility. I was motivated!

I always believe our body has an inherent desire for perfect health. Therefore, when we crave for something specifically, it could just mean something.

  • If you crave for chocolate, it probably means your body is deficient in magnesium
