Since we were talking about energy wellness, one of the most commonly practiced form of energy wellness is yoga.

This may come as a surprise to many as they have been doing it and don't even realize its' energy wellness perspective.

For me, yoga always seems so difficult and slow.

I was never really interested in yoga.

However, I am excited as I recently discovered from Lucas, that I can double my flexibility in just 4 weeks!
