Dear Reader,

What's the best way to avoid high blood pressure?

Well, according to latest research it might be best if you steer clear of your doctor.

Nearly 37% of people diagnosed with stubbornly high blood pressure – defined as failing to reach BP targets despite taking three different blood pressure drugs at the same time – were found to be suffering from 'white coat' hypertension brought on by anxiety at visiting their doctor.

Researchers asked 8,295 patients with stubbornly high blood pressure to wear a portable "ambulatory" monitoring device that takes blood pressure readings every 20 minutes day and night.

This revealed only 63% had true resistant hypertension. These tended to be patients who either smoked or had diabetes or a heart condition.

The other 37% only got high blood pressure when they stepped into their doctor's surgery.

Now there's two things that are important here...

    1. Clearly the drugs don't work for high blood pressure – even when taking three types of drugs at the same time.

    2. Some patients are undergoing aggressive drug treatments they don't need

Taking one drug is bad enough - but three different drugs simultaneously? Well that's just leaving you wide open to three times the risk of side effects.

Read my full report here on how you can beat high blood pressure naturally.

Drugs – such as ACE inhibitors, diuretics and beta blockers – might help control it initially, but they all come with a long list of pretty unpleasant side effects: like kidney damage, gastro-intestinal bleeding, headaches, impotence, hyperglycaemia (particularly bad news if you happen to be diabetic)... or even good old-fashioned cardiac arrest.

And you certainly don't want to be taking these drugs over a long period of time if you can help it.

But there's now a new, natural way that can help you get your blood pressure back to normal

Get the full details here and discover how you can tap into probably the single most important natural advance for patients with high blood pressure in the last 20 years.

Yours sincerely,
