Thursday morning I fly to Connecticut to compete at
the WBFF Fitness Atlantic Championships - Fitness
Model division. My bodyfat was 5.5% this morning
according to the DEXA and my abs are POPPING. By
Saturday night I'm going to be PEELED! I'll be
filming LOADS of footage and even supposed to hang
out with Tony Horton who'll be at the event too.
I'll be filming the entire show so you can re live
the experience with me and watch me CRUSH m competition!

During Flavia's launch she will be donating $2 of EVERY
sales transaction to a charity called Nation Wares. They
are a organization that that supports entrepreneurs in
3rd world countries and Flavia's goal is to raise at
least $10,000!

Flavia flew home 3 days early to film all the vids and

a white back drop - LOOK OUT! We've raised the bar once
again. You'll be very impressed.
If you haven't mailed, it's not too late to get in on
the action and have us do all the pre selling for you.
Mailing to the pre launch gives you a HUGE edge on
